Fill out and turn in application for your desired position. Wait for a call back for an interview. Typically about a two week process from start to finish and hire.
The interview setup was fairly straightforward. I was given a script and PowerPoint and asked to present and follow the content. However, the feedback I was given was that I used the script and did not 'veer' enough away from the content. I have written courses from scratch before, so I would have much preferred to use no script. So I felt very mislead and confused, like whoever prepped me for the interview was not in line with who was making hiring decisions.

Entrevista
Mcdonalds had me sit down with two different managers, it was quick and easy. The interview process had me starting the very next day coming to work. However they like to give you false perceptions of how their store is actually operated. They overclaim their store as being run with quality managers however they don;t care about you, only whatever gets them their paycheck at the end of the week.
