came in in the morning, sat in the restaurant office and was interviewed by the restaurant manager. Was straight forward, they asked me questions about my previous jobs and if I had worked with the franchises before.

Practical test and psychological test. pretty tough.
Had to meet many employees and make sure we can satisfy patrons.
Tested on knowledge of my cooking and baking.

It was all a very good process. They were very nice and they also were very pleasant to talk to. They wanted to let me have the job and it was very refreshing to be around someone who is so kind.
