1st round: screening call. 2nd round: 2 interviews of 30 mins PEI questions + 30 min case (1hr total each). 3rd (final) round: repeat of round 2. Offer via call. Interviews consisted of PEI questions demonstrating personal impact, inclusive leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and courageous change. Asked to tell a story for one of these dimensions and answered follow-up questions over 20-30 mins before casing.
