It consisted of an initial 3 section written test which consisted of basic IQ questions, few database questions and few business case scenarios. One can find examples of business case scenarios of the mckinsey site, I had practised them before hand so it was easier for me. After getting shortlisted from the written round, all the shortlisted students had to face 3-4 interviews. The first interview was a basic HR interview , asking your likes, dislikes, comfort with the location and tested our confidence and communication skill. Also, I was asked if i understood what role I would have to play in the given BTO job and why i didnt apply for the data analytics job which was also being offered. The second interview asked many business case scenarios like "what are the no of balls that can fit in this room" and "what no of books are sold in your state". One can practise this by simply searching for business case scenarios in mckinsey site. I was also asked about things from my internship and asked to rate the company's software strategy and how to improve it. The third interview I was asked about various new relevant technologies which may affect current businesses. I spoke about cloud computing, android etc in detail. I was also asked on what basis would I suggest a particular software for a company and why. I also had to draw an architecture diagram for the company where I had done my internship. In addition I had an experience interview stating what experience showed where I had overcome several factors. I was given the offer which I later declined due to obtaining a better job.
