Entire process was efficient and professional, although very impersonal. One interview went smoothly, the other not so. I had a hard time establishing a rapport with the second interviewer, and frankly, his 'case' wasn't presented clearly.

Hotel receives a decent amount of reservations via their online website. They are considering opening the site to other hotels, travel providers. What should they do?
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
