One of the most confusing interviews i've ever attended. The interviewer kept saying this role is not a consultant's (Which i already know) and took sometime to explain the role.After 10 minutes, despite my resume and portfolio clearly mentioning my powerpoint skills amongst others, they chose not to even ask any questions on it.
Then i understood, these guys are not looking for skills. But somethin else.
I had initial bad thoughts on this role, but the interview affirmed it

The interview was chill. They asked me about my background, my gap, my interests, long-term, short-term goals and how that would align with the role and stuff. It was a very short call, barely was 5-6 minutes.

First round will be having a online assessment.(aptitude & general communication skills)
It was total 5 rounds to be attended in conseqtive days.(3 days max)
Second round - telephonic
Third round - sample ppt will be given want to find the difference in ppt
fourth round - technical, personal interview (it will happen in 3 splits in a single day)
