Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela McKinsey & Company em jun. de 2007
Entrevista
Well, I was given the offer and I accepted, so that says that I liked it.
I think it was the standard consulting process. 7x ~45 min interviews (1 on the phone, 2x 1st round in-person, 4x 2nd round in-person). 5 min hi/chit chat, 30 min case, 15 min personality.
There is now a written portion up front, it wasn't there when I interviewed.
One last thing is that they did an online (Webex) and phone prep interview before my 1st rounds, i.e. after my first phone interview, to further prep me. These were incredibly useful. Don't know if they do it for everyone.

Interviewer (first question, without looking at the resume): So... what should I know about you?
Recruiter screen followed by series of case and behavioral (PEI) interviews. Cases are hypothetical client problems where you are asked to create a structure to break down the problem and then analyze data, graph, numbers, often requiring mental math to generate hypotheses and develop a recommendation.
In depth casing with multiple people over the course a few rounds. Masterthecase.com is good prep or the book by Victor Chang. There's also a personal aspect called the PEI interview that is very time in depth.

How would you increase the revenue of a fashion store?
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa McKinsey & Company (Washington, DC).
Entrevista
The first round interview included both a behavioral question and a case. The final round interviews involved three interviews, all three with both behavioral and case. The interviewers tended to be really nice.
