Interview was Case interview. It will take approximately 30-35 minutes. First 5 to 10 minutes they are asking some personal background questions. And some examples of your skills such as leadership. After that you are passing the case phase. They are asking a simple business case. It is not so hard but they are not giving all the necessary information you have to ask them right questions to solve the case.
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
