Entrevista
The first part of the test was the GMAT-based skills test. It consisted of 26 questions, most of which were easy. However, there is a huge time pressure as one must finish in 1 hour. We were told that not many people can finish this test on time, so you do not have to get everything perfect. Following that, there was 2h long group session moderated by a McKinsey guy. This session is also used to evaluate people.
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
