Entrevista
Went through first round on campus, with two relatively new consultants. Started with fit, and then the case Interviews were both completely command and control, with a substantial math portion.
Was flown out to the office for the second round. Met with an associate principle and two principles. Cases were less command and control, which surprised me. Had a substantial fit portion, too, although none of the questions were out of left field.
Did not receive an offer after the second round.

Tell me about a time when you had to overcome a challenge on a team.
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
