Entrevista
I had a one-one coaching session and a skill assessment on the phone. I am waiting for my first round which will consist of three case/fit sessions and a written test. The coaching interview is more interactive, where the coach will give feedback after each response. The assessment is similar to a interview with no feedback except it is over the phone. I have been doing a lot of case preparations, the cases were not difficult but there is always something you will miss atleast in my case. More to follow once I complete my first round interviews.

Your client is an Australian Beer company with a double digit profit. growth Beer industry has been declining. What will you advise your client for maintaining double digit profit growth?

Entrevista
The interview is structured exactly as the preparation materials describe, i.e. personal fit and case. All interviewers were friendly and supportive. After each interview round I received helpful feedback. The cases are not easy but fair.

Questions regarding the case. Interviewer will led the case though
First, there is a computer test screening. Then, you get invited for the first round interview, usually conducted by an AP. Then, for second round, you have two interviews with Partners. You get feedback quickly, less than a week between interview and feedback

3 stage interview with increasing seniority. Opportunity to prepare with current colleagues prior to interview which was useful. Straight forwards process, no big suprises if you prepare in advance but prep is needed
