Entrevista
First they had an IQ test, then a phone interview conducted by one of their contract employees. I passed both of them and made it to the first face to face interview. The face to face interview was 2 back-to-back interviews with 2 separate managers. Each had a case and some behavioural based questions. The cases weren’t difficult, however one of the managers was extremely arrogant and unpleasant to talk to. Didn’t make it to the 2nd round interview, which was supposed to be with the partners.

It was about a case of a company having declining profits.
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
