Its actually pretty long and you need to prepare for it before hand. Usually 1hr long if youre lucky enough. You need to have good communication skill in order to process their questions and provide an immediate reply. Mckinsey is a premium firm and requires its workers to be professional . It's very fussy in recruiting

I recently went through McKinsey's revamped interview process. It included AI-assisted screening, interactive case simulations, assessments of emotional intelligence, cultural fit evaluation, and in-depth discussions on ethics and leadership. It was a rigorous and thought-provoking experience.

Entrevista
Initial screening discussion, followed by HR discussion and then case discussions happen with the Senior Consultants and partner. The time between the first and second rounds was nearly 4 weeks, so its important to be patient. The team are very friendly in all the interviews.
