The HR scheduled for a phone interview with about 20min. Upon phone screening, the opportunity for the Skype interview was provided immediately. The Skype interview raises technical questions and questions about experience and lasted for about 1 hr.

Started with some general background questions, then a more senior employee drilled me on statistical topics and terms, and then a SAS programming challenge before a wrap-up with HR. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful but I didn't get the sense that they really wanted to be there.
