Several small interviews including those with HR, people in the current role, and higher directors. Allowed for them to learn about me and for me to also learn more about the company and role.

Started with some general background questions, then a more senior employee drilled me on statistical topics and terms, and then a SAS programming challenge before a wrap-up with HR. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful but I didn't get the sense that they really wanted to be there.
