Initial phone screening followed by an hours interview a couple of weeks later. This had a focus on workload and analytical skills, problem solving. quite informal overall to be honest.

Everyone was very friendly during the interview process, so this helped me to be more confident . Overall, it was a great experience and especially the manager and his personal assistant were lovely.

I was messaged by a Mercer recruiter on LinkedIn regarding an opportunity to which I replied I was very interested. Following a quick phone call I was instructed to apply for the role on the mercer workday website. I was invited to a video interview a couple of days later, the video interview consisted of 7 questions with 20 seconds to prepare for the answers and up to 4 minutes to explain and provide an answer. The final stage of the interview process was a 1 hour zoom interview with 2 managers, questions were more in the line of "describe a time where you had to ....." I found out a day later of the outcome of the interview.
