I submitted an application online and they truly reviewed every single application and responded to everyone, whether they were moving forward or not. I really appreciated this, as not many companies take the time to do that. It took a little while to get through all the applications, but they provided weekly updates throughout the process. I first completed a Zoom interview with someone from the Talent Acquisition team, followed by a round with the hiring manager. Next was a technical interview with a software engineer on the team and then back-to-back panel interviews with several team members I would likely work with regularly. Had I progressed further, the final step would have been an interview with one of the co-CEOs, but unfortunately my journey ended after the panel round. Everyone was very kind throughout the process. They consistently thanked me for the time I put into each interview, clearly communicated next steps and informed me promptly about whether I would be advancing. I haven’t participated in a large number of interview processes, but based on what I’ve read online, they truly did a great job structuring and managing theirs. They even offered a feedback call after the panel round, which I greatly appreciated.
