The interview was brief, with many rapid fire questions for a 30 minute interview. The interviewer seemed distracted and rushed and really not engaged. The questions were not difficult, per se, but the structure did not leave space to thoroughly answer them even given succinct responses. The interviewer just seemed disengaged.

Entrevista
I submitted an application online and they truly reviewed every single application and responded to everyone, whether they were moving forward or not. I really appreciated this, as not many companies take the time to do that. It took a little while to get through all the applications, but they provided weekly updates throughout the process.
I first completed a Zoom interview with someone from the Talent Acquisition team, followed by a round with the hiring manager. Next was a technical interview with a software engineer on the team and then back-to-back panel interviews with several team members I would likely work with regularly. Had I progressed further, the final step would have been an interview with one of the co-CEOs, but unfortunately my journey ended after the panel round.
Everyone was very kind throughout the process. They consistently thanked me for the time I put into each interview, clearly communicated next steps and informed me promptly about whether I would be advancing. I haven’t participated in a large number of interview processes, but based on what I’ve read online, they truly did a great job structuring and managing theirs. They even offered a feedback call after the panel round, which I greatly appreciated.

Entrevista
First, a pre-recorded interview, then a phone call with their talent team that was really just a screening to ensure I understood what the role was and that the salary is non-negotiable. The next step was a take-home assessment, followed by a panel interview, a short conversation with a co-CEO, and finally a short conversation with the manager I'd be assigned. It look about 7 weeks.
