Met them at a job fair, had an interview a week later, and then was ghosted for 3 months. They told me I was a great candidate and wanted me to come into the office in two weeks, then ignored my messages.

Very cold initial process...took at least a week for any response. Disorganized type of phone interview. Interview went well and was very qualified for the position. Was considered for an in person interview but then became very distant claiming upper management had questions. Was left on a non responsive notice and then ultimately a "Sorry we've decided not to move forward" cold email.
