Entrevista
I applied on LinkedIn, got a message from a recruiter asking for my number and availability.
I never got a phone call.
I received a link to codility that I had to finish in two days. 3 medium hard coding questions.
After week or two I got a message that I passed.
Then I had an interview with 4 ppl from msft.
system design, basic networking questions, medium coding puzzle and behavioral questions.
i got an offer pretty quickly.

Expect a lengthy hiring process that can take at least two months from start to finish. In my experience, there was approximately one month of interviews followed by another month waiting for the final decision. Be prepared for a slow timeline, especially after completing all interview stages.

After submitting an online application, I received a HackerRank assessment after passing the resume screening stage, then I was rejected after completing the assessment and did not proceed to further interview rounds.

The assessment consisted of two LeetCode-medium-level coding questions to be completed within 75 minutes.

Entrevista
45 mins technical interview with a member of their San fran team. Very relaxed and informal but questions were focused and lots of follow ups. Easy to schedule as was over video conferencing platform
