I was ghosted by these AH's, they show an absolute lack of respect towards people.
After having applied, I received an email from one of their recruiters from inviting me for the first round. I then got a series of a automated emails where I selected my interview time, as you would expect from a large company like this.
On the day of the interview I was sitting there alone in the teams window, and after about half an hour I left.
I wrote the recruiter and cc'd whatever human like email address I could find in the chain, but no one responded ever.
It is disgraceful that this could have happened to someone in Denmark in the heart of Europe. Shame on you Microsoft!

After how long do you give up, when noone shows up on your interview
Expect a lengthy hiring process that can take at least two months from start to finish. In my experience, there was approximately one month of interviews followed by another month waiting for the final decision. Be prepared for a slow timeline, especially after completing all interview stages.

After submitting an online application, I received a HackerRank assessment after passing the resume screening stage, then I was rejected after completing the assessment and did not proceed to further interview rounds.

45 mins technical interview with a member of their San fran team. Very relaxed and informal but questions were focused and lots of follow ups. Easy to schedule as was over video conferencing platform
