Entrevista
There were two stages
First to get to know each other better, what projects the developer worked for, what were main duties and tech stack, some time for general questions about the company
Second stage was a technical call with the technical lead of the company.
Even though the position was for a fullstack role, there was a big focus on backend

First with HR, to check if we would fit.
Second, the technical, with a solution architect and one senior engineer.
Third, with the engineering director (it was also a technical interview with general technical questions).
