Entrevista
First interview was 30 minute call with HR Director. Just basic review of qualifications and brief q and a about the role. Felt like box ticking to me. HR director was very professional and knew what he was doing, very experienced. About 2 days later the hiring manager contacted me directly to set up an in person 1 on 1 at HQ. This was 1 hour pretty standard discussion. No curveballs or weird questions. Interviewer told me immediately I was going to next step which was meeting with them and their boss. This happened 2 weeks later, again nothing fancy or tricky, just a talk about the role and my background and goals. Due to another candidate being away there was a 2 week delay until I got an offer but there was good communication between interview 2 and the next step. I provided 3 refs and then received an offer. Short negotiation where I got a small salary bump and we were in business. After offer signed they did a credit check and education check.
Initial screening call with HR, then panel interview with the hiring manager and a colleague. HR call was more focused on admin questions whereas hiring manager call was more focused on aspects of the role and behavioural questions

two great rounds. Then an automated email and no response when I asked for feedback.
Interestingly enough around 5 months before this a recruiter at Moodys contacted me for a role, scheduled an interview and then 15 mins into the conversation told me there was no role anymore and she figured she had left it too late to cancel

Entrevista
2 rounds with senior Directors to discuss the role in more detail, how it interacts with other teams and my background. The interviews never progressed as the budget for the role was removed.
