I'm sorry you were disappointed with our ADR recruiting process. We have a very high bar for hiring that we've found requires an interview process that has a unique style and is on the longer side but yields the best candidates for the role. Sometimes we don't articulate very well how in depth that process is. We are taking your feedback to heart and are working on ways to be more upfront with candidates about our unique interviewing style so that they feel prepared and set up for success.
