Typical high tech startup interview process - scripted phone chat with recruiter, where you have to show enough to get in the door for onsite with the hiring team. I was on site for a few hours and met about 5 people. For a technical sales role, was light - some whiteboarding and explanation of past projects. Everyone very polite and professional, and the recruiting team totally on top of the organizational aspects. To prepare, be very familiar with the MuleSoft offering but actually using it or grasping its conceptual value. Also, be able to speak about the competitive landscape intelligently.
