First round with the recruiter over the phone, then with another admin over the phone done in the first week. Scheduled an in person with some of the admin's and some of the people I would have supported early the following week. They scheduled assessment immediately following. Next step would be back in the office to meet in person to meet with everyone you would support. Lovely people, all very passionate about their jobs. Great EA team, a highly qualified group. Wasn't the right fit for me but will be a great job for the right person.

Worst interview experience I have ever had. They contacted everyone I have ever worked with when I let them know I would be happy to provide as many references as they would like but wanted to brief them before since I am still employed and wanted to keep this extremely confidential. They let me know they told everyone they spoke with it was confidential, but as we all know the bay area is extremely small. They ended up offering me exactly what I make and wasted so much of my time and their own. In the end, I'm glad it didn't workout considering they keep having turnover in these positions.
