I wouldn't really say there was a 'process'. It didn't seem very organised. They were late interviewing me (and I was told in the initial email "NOT to be late".) It was the most awkward interview ever and raised a few alarm bells when I was asked if my salary was negotiable. I felt it was a waste of my time - they didn't even come back to me to say 'yes' or 'no' .... its quite disrespectful.

We organised a time to discuss more about myself in the role and discussed how to have a formal interview, only in person was offered - video or phone was requested due to being uneasy about visiting an office during the COVID19 pandemic, this was denied.
