Applied online. Very quickly was contacted and interview arranged. After that I was offered a role within a few hours. I was interviewed by 2 people, including one of the owners. He was wearing a sporty tracksuit with shorts and trainers and was chewing gum. He was asking about skills not relevant to my profession. There was no HR person or hiring manager present. From my experience it seemed the owner wanted to vet applicants before the line manager / hiring manager became involved. Overall I had an uneasy feeling. I'd seen the role online for a while before deciding to apply and the speed of the process implied they weren't interviewing other candidates at the time.
