q1. would there training opportunities for Amazon technologies? a1. in the beggining there will be a general training, and after that depending on your choices there are specialization trainings. q2. what about other technologies available (OSCP, CSSIP, ITIL, etc.)? a2. Ususally if a project need someone certified in other technologies, you have a chance. Amazon does not provide oportunities unless it needs to. q3. will I have on-call duty? what does it looks like now? what's the time off in-lieu policy (TOIL) is for all-night and full weekend shifts? a3. depends on the team, but for the cloud support engineers there is not over time, just normal work hours 9am-6pm
