Hiring process went pretty smoothly till the end. It's a high volume fast paced sales job so they only want the best and most enthusiastic. First interview is a phone screen then if you pass that you meet with their two VP. Both are intelligent hard working guys and will put you on the spot as you would expect from a serious sales position. However the main gripe I have with their hiring process is their "final step". After not hearing back for over a week i followed up and their hiring manager asked me for references for their final step. I figured by this point if my references checked out I would be given an offer. Otherwise why would they say I made it to the final step? I gave them notable references because I wanted to make sure it was important people who I worked closely with. They called my manager which led to awkward conversation and realignment from my current company. A few days later I'm told they're going in a different direction with no response back to why after an email and a couple calls.

First it started with a 20 minute phone screen. The next step was then a DISK assessment aka a personality test. Once I took that, I went in person to the office to take another skills assessment exam. The final step was to meet with the 2 VP of sales. Very chill and HONEST guys in regards to the position itself and what to expect.

You will be put on the spot to answer difficult questions...which is what happens in sales. Be honest, be confident, and more importantly be yourself. You can only fake who you aren't for so long.
