Entrevista
After submitting my resume, I got an email asking me to immediately schedule two back-to-back 1 hour interviews. I hadn't even had an HR screen, so I went in confused as to what the calls were even supposed to accomplish. I correctly solved both coding questions, only to hear back three weeks later that I was not selected.
While I enjoyed speaking to my actual interviewers, the overall process was extremely disorganized

Entrevista
I had 2 rounds of interview over phone and one onsite. Eventhough you anser all questions over phone and get shortlisted for an onsite inerview, you will not get a fulltime offer unless you have an internal reference. Merit does not speak for this company and any interviews they hold are just to show the EEO of diversity among the applicants.
