After almost 10 weeks I withdrew my application. At that point I had had three technical interviews. I accepted an offer from another company. They took weeks after one interview to schedule the next. My application was bounced between at least four HR representatives. The interview process was not transparent, I did not know how many interviews I was to have nor what they would entail. There was one very inappropriate and unfortunate experience. I have a disability and requested accommodations during the interview process. I filled out accommodation paperwork online and was told my accommodation requests would be met. I showed up for my second technical interview and the interviewer described the plan for the hour, which directly conflicted with the accommodations I needed. I informed him there must have been some communication error between him and HR because I have a disability and the interview he had planned did not meet my accommodations. I suggested we reschedule after getting it sorted out with HR. The interviewer repeated accused me of being unprepared for the interview. Having a disability does not mean unpreparedness. I found that implication very insulting. I stayed in the interview process following that experience because of nvidia’s reputation and HR’s insistence that they would adhere to my accommodations moving forward. After that, it took three weeks to schedule my next interview. A week and a half after that interview I asked if they had feedback. They informed me it would be another week until they had feedback for me. In that time I accepted an offer from another company.
