2. Call with Hiring Manager: Professional, informative and polite interview. No Technical questions asked. Team and scenario management question.
Went very well showing promise of proceeding further.
3. Standard Rejection Email - Skills not fit (When skills not tested).
Observation: Blind process, Misleading Resume, Good Roles and scope but Less than professional follow up.
