I started with a screening call that was rescheduled at the last minute without notice. It was then moved to another date without checking my availability. The same thing happened again, another last-minute cancellation followed by a reschedule, again without confirming availability. I was then asked to complete a case study estimated at 2-4 hours. After submitting it, I did not receive any acknowledgment (e.g. a simple “thank you, we’ll review and get back to you”) for nearly a week and had to send a follow-up email before receiving confirmation of receipt.
