Entrevista
I had two interviews. In the first interview, I had to read a manuscript in one hour. After that hour was up, I had to present the paper and give critical feedback about its content to 3 editors. It kind of felt like a journal club. After that manuscript test, the interview was a bit more traditional where they asked me questions about my background and motivations for working as an editor. In the second interview, they emailed me two manuscripts and I was given a couple hours to read and write reviews on them. The second interview did not involve me speaking with anyone.

After reading this manuscript, would you recommend to send it out for review to potentially publish it in our journal? Why or why not?

Entrevista
Four interviews in total, one with HR, a second with the head of the team I applied for and another team head (this was a discussion on past experience, why I wanted the job etc.). The third interview was a timed test where I received two manuscripts and wrote a short summary and whether I'd send for review. Finally, I was sent another two manuscripts and had to discuss them with the team. These were all very spaced out, with several months between some of these stages.
