My profile had been in their database from a previous application. When I got contacted again, I did three interview levels: HR screening, technical, and final (behavioral). It took three consecutive weeks (an interview per week) to finish all of them. The technical interviewers (2 people from Manila & the US) were optimistic in the way they conducted the interview. The final interviewer followed the common questioning like "How do you see yourself in 3 years? in 5 years?" I took note that the talent acquisition officer took an average of two days after each of the first two interviews to give feedback except the final one. The officer was initially accommodating until no longer. Got no feedback whatsoever despite her promising to share the result n days after.
