Entrevista
The first two interviews were really good. They asked solid questions and allowed a nice give and take conversation wise. The last interview was less prepared and seemed less thoughtful. It seemed more talking at you versus engaging in thoughtful interview conversations. There was also a delay throughout the process and unfortunately I had to withdraw from the process because of another offer.

How do you deal with conflict? How do you inspire folks to honor product deadlines when you technically don't have authority over individuals working on specific components?
I made it to the final interview and they ghosted me, something I believe has no place in the professional world. I graciously stayed 45 minutes over my allotted interview time, answering more of their questions. I was disappointed that after all the time and effort I gave, I didn’t receive any in return. Even a rejection email would have been appreciated.

Entrevista
My profile had been in their database from a previous application. When I got contacted again, I did three interview levels: HR screening, technical, and final (behavioral).
It took three consecutive weeks (an interview per week) to finish all of them. The technical interviewers (2 people from Manila & the US) were optimistic in the way they conducted the interview. The final interviewer followed the common questioning like "How do you see yourself in 3 years? in 5 years?"
I took note that the talent acquisition officer took an average of two days after each of the first two interviews to give feedback except the final one. The officer was initially accommodating until no longer. Got no feedback whatsoever despite her promising to share the result n days after.
