Extremely awkward, and felt judgmental. The panel was late to the interview. Second interview was over zoom which was even worse as it was hard to hear them. All the questions felt silly

1) what was your proudest customer service moment. 2)what would you do if a member came in upset and you didn’t know why 3)if a team member was struggling on a project what would you do? 4)they made me role play by myself how I would explain technology to someone who did not know.. 5)how do you stay up to date with technology. 6) how do members from your old credit union differ from ours? 7) how would you boost morale when it’s low? 8) when was a time you challenged change? 9) when was a time you suggested change and it was implemented?
The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.

It was a group interview with two supervisors and a team lead, mostly interacted with hr dept. hr specialist fumbled entire process including pay and location I was to be working.

it was overall a standard interview process. nothing too extreme, they were friendly during the interview. received the offer not too long after the interview. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a job.
