Entrevista
It contained four steps:
1. first there was a written test (reasoning,math, english ,life science)
2. telephonic interview( basic questions like tell me about yourself,why do you want to join)
3. field trip
4. hr round

question related to the field trip and other questions like why should we hire you?
First, you get a call from the HR and they do a quick phone interview and set a date for a screening interview with the management or the person leading the team for this specific role. If you get shortlisted they send you an assignment. They tell you that you will receive an email if you get rejected.

Had one interview with HR (virtually) and some tests online which never had feedback about them. The HR employee was easy to talk to and made you feel quite comfortable. Altough she told me that I will have some feedback for my test procedure whice never happened.

Entrevista
First of all we had a meeting on Teams. It was like having a warm meeting with people who are interested to know about your routines, interests and trying together to discover if you could fit in the role.
