Never ending interviews, they made the job seem a lot more attractive than it actually is. It is almost impossible not to land this job they have unqualified people left and right. They are looking for cheap labor.
A week after submitting my application online, I received a phone interview. Two days later I did my in person interview which went really well. A little over a week later I received a call back with an offer. Overall everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and supportive of my goals.

Interview was fairly easy, they asked basic questions. Why do you want to work here, what is good customer service in your opinion, tell me about yourself. It was a 2 step process, first someone from HR contacted me then the branch directly contacted me.
