I made it to the Final Interview but did not receive an offer. I outline details about every step of the process below. Just a warning, the culture at Newton is really quite homogenous and bias towards uni students from elite unis. Further, the process is tailored in many ways to those who study engineering. The bias is in its processes: the nature of the numerical/data tests, the framing of assessment day questions, as well as the Final Interview technical questions. The people who interview you exist in this culture, and I feel they contribute to the bias's introduced. This guide is for those who feel they could contribute to Newton, but may not naturally fit this culture.
To the Newton Europe consultant who dangled their BMW keys to my housemate at a Fresher's Fair while she discussed these problems, a graduate job is about more than just money & job perks.
Be warned that they provide feedback immediately to those who received an offer, and leave the others in limbo until you reach out (they took over 2 weeks for the candidates in my cohort).
