One call then one in person. 3 45 minute interviews in person. Not intimidating. Not many conference rooms though. Very easy. Normal interview questions and like a conversation. I don't know what else to add

Entrevista
Interview process: phone interview from HR, they call and ask basic questions.
1. What do you know about Nextern
2. Do you have exp related to the job description.
3. Please explain why you think you are a good fit.
Phone interview with hiring manager:
A.manager called 10 minutes late
B. Manager didn’t really talk about the job description.
C. Manager seems unaware of his job, and wanted more a sr role working a QE role.
D. Manager was tremendously inconsistent on what he wanted for this role.
In-person interview:
Came 15 minutes early and had to wait beyond interviewing time bc associates was not prepared to interview (red flag)
Met with two QE, was told that one of them was moving to a different dept bc there is too much fire in the quality department.
Couldn’t give a reason why people should work at nextern.
Was asked what do I know about nextern. (Company has a very low reputation don’t work here)
Met with main hiring manager:
1. Everything was China China China... and football.
Conclusion:
Waited a month to hear from them about the decision. Already took a different job offer the moment I walked in to the interview, pretended like I was very interested to work for a failing company, just wanted to see if they knew what they were talking, and they don’t.
