My next round was a phone interview with a director, which also included a resume walk-through but focused more on situational questions and case study questions. She asked very specific questions about my past work experience and how I felt I would be equipped to handle the tasks on the team. My final round was an on-site interview in the NYC office, where I met with another director. It was a much more laid back conversation about my interests in market research; it served more as a chance to learn about the position and the team. He asked several questions about my strengths and weaknesses and very pointed questions about the kind of research that I was familiar with in my former roles. All promises about timelines were met or exceeded, and there were never any cancellations or delays.
