I was contacted by a Nielsen recruiter over three months after applying for a role there. We scheduled a phone screen, but the recruiter failed to show up for the first phone screen. I contacted her and a couple days later, she reached out to reschedule with no apology or explanation for her failure to attend. I dialed in for the rescheduled interview and once again, the recruiter failed to show up. I emailed her and asked her if she was able to join the call. After 10 minutes, she finally joined the call, again with no explanation or apology for her tardiness. It was probably the least professional phone screen I have ever had. She paused the interview to say bye to her friends leaving the office. I asked her if she liked working at Nielsen and she said "Welll..." - that should have been a huge sign for me right there. Then she finally said that it was a good place to work.
A second recruiter contacted me a week later to tell me that first recruiter had left Nielsen (no surprise there!) and wanted to talk again about my interest in the role. Why they thought my interest would change over a week, I have no idea. The second recruiter was a bit more professional and told how the hiring manager was so impressed with my background and wanted to get me in as soon as possible for an interview. I sent my availability to talk with him. Days went by with no response, so I reached out to the recruiter again with more availability and was told yes, the hiring manager wanted to meet with me, but had been busy.
Three days later, I got an automated rejection email saying they went with more qualified candidates.
Complete cluster of an interview process - guess I dodged a bullet.

I had three rounds. The first was just introductory.
The second one more about the soft skills the last one was kinda technical round. The second interview was quite easy and had generic question. The last one was difficult.

La empresa no ha sido clara sobre la modalidad de trabajo. En la oferta, presentaban el empleo como completamente remoto, pero en realidad era un trabajo híbrido en Madrid. Desde el primer contacto con la empresa dejé claro que no podía mudarme, sin embargo, continuaron con el proceso. Tras dos entrevistas positivas, una de ellas con el Manager, volvieron a preguntarme si podía mudarme. Propuse a la empresa otras opciones para poder ir a la oficina y nunca más me han contestado.
I applied for this job with 4 years of digital experience and account management. They quickly turned me down and said I did not have enough experience. I then find out my coworker st my current workplace who has less than 2 years of account management experience got the job. She bragged she got it because he friend works there. This company obviously plays favorites when it comes to hiring and doesn’t really value experience or give others a chance since they don’t know someone there
