      Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Nielsen.

      Entrevista

      I received an e-mail about three weeks after applying to schedule a phone interview for the following week. About five minutes before the phone interview was scheduled to begin the recruiter called to ask if we could reschedule, which we did. Then the day of the interview she called about fifteen minutes late. During the interview it was very uncomfortable, as there was not any real dialog. She would simply ask a question, I would answer and without any kind of feedback or transition she would jump right into the next question. At the end, I had some questions that I wanted to ask, but she never even gave me the opportunity to ask them. She ended the interview saying that I would be contacted within a day or two and she would let me know one way or another if I would be moved on to the in-person interview; which she did not do. After three days I e-mailed her, but she never responded. Finally more than a week later she e-mailed me back to inform me that I was not being moved on to the in-person interview process. The entire process wasn't awful, but the recruiter really did not seem to have her stuff together.
