it was just regular interview process, asking about the past experience, interest in the field. Ask for excel skills. I interviewed for the technology department, so I was asked about my interest in technology and some related questions--trend technology
It was based on research methodology along with concepts regarding online survey, survey design and so on. The difficulty level was avarage and the interviewers are quite friendly. They conducted the meeting through Google Meet.

Screening interview, followed by 3-member panel interview, which consisted of some introductory/background questions and a qualitatitive research exercise. Was given about 30 minutes to prepare answer for exercise, then had to explain to panel members.
