During the interview, you will be required to record video responses to pre-set questions. Additionally, some assessments may include coding challenges, game-based evaluations, or multiple-choice questions, depending on the job requirements. Since the entire process is automated, there is no direct interaction with a recruiter at this stage. Your responses will be reviewed by the AI and potentially by human recruiters before a decision is made regarding your application. Make sure to prepare in advance, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure a stable internet connection for a smooth interview experience.
