The interview process had too many rounds. HR panel asked too many intrusive and personal questions which were unrelated to the work. When asked about the team the panel didn’t disclose the position details.

I was hired as an external consultant for 1 year. The agency that recruited me shared my CV with the hiring manager. A few days after that, I was invited for an interview where I needed to present the case. Firstly, the interview was supposed to be online but there were some difficulties with connection on their end, so we agreed to meet in their office the next day. I had to go through my presentation and after that, I was asked a few questions by the hiring manager. Questions like: what is a good day in the office for you, what do you expect from your manager, to say something about yourself and similar. The interview took around 30-40 minutes. Besides the hiring manager, there was another team member present in the meeting room. It was a pleasant experience.
