Terrible process, I was brought in person for interviews but half of the people were not there in person which was frustrating since I traveled during the pandemic for the interviews. I was told virtual interviews were not an option. I also found out the hiring manager reached out to people at my current company that I do not work with to do a backdoor reference check. I subsequently did not get an offer and HR never responded to my email when I told them the hiring manager did a backdoor reference check that everyone at my current employer found out about. I did not want my current employer knowing I was interviewing, especially when I did not have a job offer. Really terrible experience, I would recommend never interviewing here since they do not provide privacy if you are interviewing (and broke laws in my state).
