The panel consisted of the hiring manager, IT Manager, Business Manager and VP of Marketing. Questions evolved around the exact process for implementing/identifying system issues and improvements. It was all about the process itself. What step do you perform first, when and why, through the completion of task.

Entrevista
Intial communication came from the hiring manager. The interview was less about finding about my fit for the job but instead selling me on the position. Further interviews where much the same where I felt like I was conducting the interview and not being interviewed.
